MEDICAL CLAIMS CLERICAL + SALES/MARKETING ASSOCIATE
South Orange County CA Medical Audit Company seeks front office assistance, case setup, phone triage, case tracking, use Word, Excel. Previous non-clinical medical/insurance background with CPT, coding, bill review in payer or provider setting helpful. Detail-oriented case set up, and data entry using medical coding

software/Word/Excel.

Interact by email and phone with physician consultants and insurance company clients. This is a non-clinical medical front office position for a self-starter who is comfortable multitasking.
Job additionally will involve sales and marketing assistance where responsibilities may include:
Making cold and warm calls
Creating and sending follow-up emails to conference leads
Updating and maintaining marketing contact database
Organize/design/create

schedule for marketing/sales goals for the company

Great opportunity to be exposed to medical billing and reimbursement and learn sales/marketing from a health care payer perspective.
Additionally, the job may involve some assistance with basic level IT functions around the office as well.
