Job Description - Medical Courier

Part-time

Description

This is a time-sensitive, early-morning delivery role. You’ll deliver radiopharmaceuticals to hospitals and imaging centers, and the doses are on a clock. The medicine decays, and patients are scheduled for procedures, so being on time matters here. If you’re dependable, like an early start, and don’t mind pitching in wherever the team needs you, keep reading.

Arizona Home Care & Patient Care Infusion has served the Valley for over 30 years. Our medical couriers/delivery drivers are the last link between our nuclear pharmacy and the patients waiting on their imaging and treatment doses.

Is this role a good fit for you?

This is an early-morning, weekend-and-weekday-mix schedule: 5am starts on Saturday and Sunday, and 3:30am starts on Monday. You’ll spend most of your shift on the road, and you’ll also help the pharmacy team with equipment cleaning and preparation and support during busy periods. The role involves prolonged driving, standing, walking, and lifting 50 pounds. Steel-toed shoes are required on duty and provided by the company. You’ll work with radioactive materials, so safety procedures matter, and full training is provided.
