Medical Device Medical Specialist

The role seeks candidates who can leverage medical qualifications (physician, dentist, pharmacist, nurse) or advanced degrees (relevant master’s or PhD) to create value based on scientific knowledge and contribute to company growth from a customer-centric perspective. Ideal candidates think holistically, developing and executing comprehensive medical strategies, and demonstrate a growth mindset with innovative, “out-of-the-box” thinking. They should be motivated to learn and take on new challenges, including unfamiliar disease areas, and share their knowledge with the team. While three or more years of experience in medical affairs or clinical development in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or diagnostics is preferred, the role also supports qualified candidates without prior industry experience who are eager to learn. Key skills include strong communication for collaborative team work, leadership in both routine tasks and projects regardless of job grade, and proficiency in reading and writing English, with business-level conversational ability preferred.
