Medical Director

A great healthcare organization located near North Bend, Oregon is seeking a full-time permanent Medical Director - Family Medicine Physician to join their amazing team!

The Medical Director - Family Medicine Physician Job Details:

• Full-time, direct hire opportunity
  


• 10 hour shifts Tues/Wed/Thurs
  


• One Saturday per month rotation 7a-12p

• Provides and manages direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses and treatment for a specified patient population. Prescribes pharmaceuticals, other medications, and treatment regimens as appropriate to assessed medical conditions. Refers patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate. Trains and supervises medical students and residents engaged in specialty activities and procedures, as appropriate. May manage the daily operations of a specific medical program, patient care unit, or research function.
  


• Full onsite lab and pharmacy!
  


• This position will begin as a provider and be mentored into a Medical Director for clinic program
  

The Medical Director - Family Medicine Physician Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have medical licensure in the State of Oregon and must be board eligible or certified in Family Medicine
  


• Medical degree from approved medical school
  


• Medical doctor with 3 to 5 years of directly related experience which may include residency in a directly related medical specialty
  


• Federal DEA Certification; Medical Specialty License or Certification; Board certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty
  


• Experience in Telemedicine
  


• Preferable to have previous experience with Neonatal and Pediatric care
  


• Women's health experience is a plus
