Medical Director / Attending Physician (MD/DO) for our Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care Facility in the Waterbury, CT area

Compensation: $150,000 - $320,000 Annual Salary depending on schedule and experience. Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, malpractice insurance, 401K with match, PTO, and CME reimbursement.

We are seeking an experienced physician for the Waterbury, CT area. This role can be full-time or part-time depending on your schedule and experience, and we are looking to hire quickly. Responsibilities:

• Provide medical oversight and attending care for residents
• Round and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Collaborate with the nursing and interdisciplinary teams
• Support quality measures and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut medical license (MD or DO) and active DEA
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or geriatrics preferred
• Medical director or attending physician experience a plus
