Ideal candidate must have prior leadership experience in an outpatient primary care setting. setting. Responsibilities involve a broad range of directorship (80%) & clinical (20%) duties. Will be involved in recruiting, mentoring & evaluating associate physicians. Participate in developing quality & patient care standards & protocols to enhance the practice/company’s reputation.
