Role Overview

Lead a full-service veterinary practice while maintaining an active clinical caseload. This leadership role combines patient care with dedicated administrative time to oversee medical standards, mentor the clinical team, improve protocols, and support practice growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor veterinarians and clinical staff
  • Maintain medical protocols, standards of care, and regulatory compliance
  • Support strategic planning, operational improvement, and client experience

  • Participate in team development and performance management
  • Continue providing high-quality clinical care while serving as the medical leader

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Active veterinary license in good standing
  • Preferred: 5+ years of clinical experience
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to high standards of veterinary medicine and ethical practice
