$325,000 – $350,000 Annual Salary
Up to $20,000 Sign-On & Relocation Bonus
Outpatient Setting | Open to 2025 & 2026 Psychiatry Residents

Position Overview

We’re seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Medical Director of Psychiatry to lead our outpatient behavioral health program in vibrant Oklahoma City. This hybrid position begins in May 2026 and requires a minimum of three onsite days per week, with flexibility for remote administrative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership to a collaborative outpatient mental health team.
• Deliver direct patient care with a focus on quality and outcomes.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols, performance improvement measures, and compliance initiatives.
• Mentor and support clinical staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
• Contribute to strategic planning and service expansion efforts.

Requirements

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Certification (or Eligibility) in Psychiatry.
• Ability to obtain a medical license in Oklahoma.
• Experience in leadership or a strong interest in taking on a strategic role.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• New graduates (2025 and 2026 psychiatry residents) encouraged to apply.
