We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our growing healthcare team in York, SC. This full-time role is vital for delivering patient-centered care across routine primary care and urgent care services. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions
• Provide urgent care services promptly to address immediate patient needs
• Order, interpret, and act on lab tests and imaging results to create individualized treatment plans
• Conduct routine wellness exams, administer immunizations, and manage chronic diseases for long-term health
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to streamline clinic operations and optimize patient flow
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in the EMR system
• Counsel patients on preventive health measures and lifestyle strategies to promote wellness

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Active or eligible for an unrestricted South Carolina Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine preferred
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or high-volume outpatient settings
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent bedside manner, and ability to work collaboratively
• Skilled at managing a diverse patient population while balancing quality and efficiency
