About the Role:
The Technician, Enrollment I is responsible for ensuring accurate enrollment of members into member enrollment systems in a timely manner.
This role involves coordinating with various departments and client account contacts to ensure enrollment processes are completed according to contract agreements.
Responsibilities: Enroll subscribers and dependents for all lines of business via fax, U.S. mail, and e-mail.
Verify enrollment status, make changes to membership records, and resolve enrollment system discrepancies.
Process membership terminations and other enrollment events.
Complete monthly reconciliation processes and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with Account Installation team for member identification card. processes Ensure all groupenrollments are processed before monthly billing.
Education Qualification: High School Diploma or GED
Required Skills: Less than one year of experience in membership enrollment, member services, billing, claims operations, or data analysis.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Adaptability to changing priorities.
Understanding of client accounts, process flow diagrams, and health insurance enrollment software.
Proficiency in handling large amounts of member enrollment data with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
