Medical Equipment Service Representative -- St. Cloud, MN

Arjo's Equipment Service Representative is responsible for the oversight, maintenance, cleaning, and quality control of  Arjo's medical equipment at Centracare Hospital in St Cloud.

This position will mostly work on-site at Centracare Hospital and will play a key role in ensuring that Arjo products are efficiently and correctly delivered throught the hospital and are in compliance with infection control procedures and standards. 

Day-to-day functions:

• Prepare medical equipment and documentation


• Deliver Arjo medical equipment as appropriate around the hospital


• Load and unload medical equipment


• Clean and disinfect medical equipment to Arjo quality standards


• Present highest level of customer etiquette in all patient/customer interactions

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE a High School diploma or GED


• MUST HAVE a clean driving record (no moving violations in the last 3 years)


• Two(2) years’ experience within Service or Operations field


• Two(2) years’ experience in front-line customer-service


• Ability to lift up to 30lbs and push/pulling up to 75 pounds


• Ability to drive a work truck


• Ability to work with solvents and cleaners to disinfect products in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
