As a Field Case Manager at Injury Management Organization, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in managing case management files in alignment with our established protocols and compliance with our client's directives. You will demonstrate your expertise in a range of field concepts, practices, and procedures while meeting injured employees at their provider's office to serve as a liaison for care coordination. Your responsibilities will include maintaining an ongoing caseload while effectively communicating with multidisciplinary team members, ensuring that care is delivered across the continuum. Your commitment to facilitating a smooth return to work process will be integral to our mission of providing exceptional support to injured workers, all while fostering an empathetic and innovative environment.

To excel as a Field Case Manager at Injury Management Organization, Inc., you'll need a solid foundation in the medical field, underscored by a Bachelor's degree and a Registered Nurse designation. With at least three years of experience in Workers' Compensation, you should possess a working knowledge of evidence-based guidelines, such as ODG by MCG and return to work protocols. A Case Management Certification is a must, showcasing your dedication to excellence and professional growth.


Successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional critical thinking skills, enabling them to apply sound judgment in decision-making and assessment processes. The ability to work independently is vital, as you'll need to manage your caseload efficiently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication and organization skills will also be essential to ensure a seamless continuum of care for injured employees.


Knowledge and skills required for the position are:



  • Bachelor's degree in medical field

  • Registered Nurse

  • 3 years' experience in Workers' Compensation

  • Working knowledge of evidence-based guidelines such as ODG by MCG and return to work guidelines

  • Case Management Certification preferred

  • Ability to work independently

  • Critical thinking skills to apply sound judgment and assessment skills for decisions
