Are you a dynamic and detail oriented Medical Front Desk Specialist who is looking to grow their skills and join a fast paced office with a large health system? We are looking for a candidate who has an ability to support patients with excellent customer service, scheduling appointments and greeting patients. M-F 8am-4pm

salary: $15 - $19 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and direct them accordingly

Set up appointments as needed

Assist patients

Checking-in/out patients

Insurance Verification

EPIC

Medical records requests

Collect copays

Verify demographics
