• Utilizing Epic software for administrative tasks and patient interactions.
• Providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborating with a team of medical assistants, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.

What you need to succeed:

• Experience working in a medical front office setting, preferably with a high Medicaid population.
• Proficiency in Epic software.
• Clinical experience, preferably as a medical assistant, is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
