Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support and patient service in a fast-paced medical practice environment and have at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Answer phone calls promptly
- Check patients out and enter charges
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Provide medical administrative support to healthcare providers

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy setting
- Proficient in administrative tasks and patient service
