Schedule: Monday- Friday.  Start times could be as early as 7am and end times could be as late as 6:30pm, all 8 hour shifts.

Location: Clinics are within the Minneapolis/ St. Paul Metro area.  Some evening and weekend shifts are also possible in Apple Valley, Arden Hills, St. Paul and Woodbury.

Pay rate: Up to $63.60 per hour, depending on experience!

What we ask of you:

• Evaluate daily quality control data. Responds by following established protocols.


• Perform phlebotomy and prepares specimens for analysis as needed.


• Perform computer functions including patient registration, test requisition and specimen tracking.


• Performs electrocardiograms, vital capacities and obtains specimens for drug testing as needed.


• Resolve workload logs and review results results of moderately complex testing.


• Monitor supplies for laboratory procedures and stock work areas.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

What we require of you:

• A degree as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)  is required.


• American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) certification is required.


• Generalist experience and Epic experience are preferred.


• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate use of English grammar and spelling


• Demonstrated ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions.
