About this position: 

Location:  Owensboro, KY 
Compensation: $21.93 per hour
Hours:  First shift, 40 hours per week as scheduled

The Medical Liaison ensures safe transportation of clients to medical appointments and facilitates clear communication between clients and medical providers.  The Medical Liaison must be fluent in Spanish and English and will be required to obtain the Certified Medical Interpreter certification within six months of hire.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma
• One year experience in child welfare care or human services field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish - written and verbal communication.
• Candidate will be required to complete the Certified Medical Interpreter training when offered and obtain certification within six months of hire. 

• Experience in medical field related to medical terminology   
• Experience working with diverse populations, including refugee and/or unaccompanied children and adolescents .
