Customer Service Representative

Accurate Courier Services is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Cincinnati team.

We specialize in medical courier services, working with healthcare organizations to make sure time-sensitive deliveries get where they need to go. This is a fast-paced position where communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving matter.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming client calls, take orders, and provide delivery updates


• Review and process routed and on-demand delivery orders


• Monitor active routes and deliveries for delays or potential issues


• Complete Quality Assurance checks and follow up on missing or incomplete information


• Document customer and delivery information accurately


• Communicate with Dispatch and Operations to resolve issues


• Handle customer concerns and escalate when needed


• Follow established procedures while using good judgment when situations come up


• Maintain professional communication with clients, drivers, and coworkers

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED


• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred


• Strong phone and written communication skills


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


• Able to multitask and stay organized


• Strong attention to detail


• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems


• Basic Excel knowledge


• Able to problem-solve and make decisions


• Dependable and able to work scheduled shifts consistently


• Willing to work overtime when needed

Schedule

• Full-Time: 2:00 PM-10:00 PM


• Schedule will vary based on department needs


• Weekend availability is required


• Candidates must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays as scheduled

Pay

$17.00 per hour

This position is on-site at our Cincinnati location and is not remote.
