Medical Logistics

Venesco, LLC is looking for Medical Logistics professionals to provide logistical oversight of property accountability to support the Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) and Command Maintenance Discipline Program (CMDP). We have openings for a senior and mid-level manager on this team.

Duties:

Assists the property book officer (PBO) with the oversight and management of Service Managed Asset (SMA) property using an Army-approved accountable property system of record (APSR).
Provides logistical oversight of property accountability procedures and programs to support the Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) and Command Maintenance Discipline Program (CMDP).
Briefs project efforts during internal LOGSYNC meetings in support of readiness requirements.
Manages TDA authorizations to identify excess and shortages and take appropriate actions such as conduct turn-ins, Lateral Transfers, and submit 4610-R to adjust TDA documents to keep the organization's mission readiness.
Reviews and adjusts CTA authorizations of non-standard Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) items monthly to maintain the property authorization accuracy.
Utilizes DMLSS, LogiCole and other system of record reports to export the Command-wide Asset visibility report to make sure authorized equipment is on-hand and properly aligned under Service Managed Assets (SMA) with the authorization documents.
Conduct the annual durable property review to maintain accountability of unit level durable items and conducts semi-annual.
Manages Primary/Sub Hand Receipt validation to maintain property book accountability.
Initiate/process Statement of Charges (SOC) & eFLIPLs to properly account for lost, damaged, or destroyed government property.
Coordinates monthly Cyclic/Sensitive Items Inventories, Annual Property Inventories, and Durable Inventories.
Analyzes, reviews, and prepares reports or correcting computerized error listings; and
conducts performance reviews and quality inspections of services provided.
Analyzes trends from Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) and Command Maintenance Discipline Program inspections.
Provides regulatory expertise, interpretation, application, and implementation of new changes in policies, regulations, and procedures pertaining to operations.
Composes correspondence and prepares study reports identifying decisions, recommendations, and policy actions initiated to accomplish logistics objectives.
Prepares and attends briefings and provides information on property/supply operations.
Prepares staff studies, summary sheets, and correspondence pertaining to equipment and supply issues.
Represents the MRC, G-4 staff level function at conferences and meetings.
Prepares and attends briefings and provides information on property/supply operations.
Enters data in multiple databases.
Conducts extensive searches for information pertaining to complex and/or unusual supply transactions and patterns.
Assists in the development/review, analysis OPORD/TASKERs published by higher chain of command and draft internal OPORD/TASKERs to distribute within the MRC.
Works with G-3 to track status of open OPORD/TASKERs and work with each Unit POCs to meet the Suspense.
Uses multiple office automation software with varied functions to produce a wide range of documents that often require complex formats, such as graphics or tables within text, editing and reformatting electronic drafts, and updating or revising existing databases or spread sheets.
Compiles reports in response to special needs of diverse customers.
