Medical Malpractice Case Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly case reviews to ensure effective and efficient case progression.
• Perform client interviews and gather essential information to support case development.
• Maintain proactive and professional communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
• Request, review, and analyze medical records and bills to verify the full extent of client injuries and damages.
• Draft and send demand letters to insurance adjusters, ensuring all client losses are clearly documented for maximum recovery.
• Build and sustain excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication and personalized client care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and comprehensive documentation throughout each case's lifecycle.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and informed.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, with 3-5 years of experience in legal case management at a relevant law firm, specifically handling personal injury claims. 

Legal Knowledge: knowledge of Colorado personal injury law and/or medical malpractice law a plus. 

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for client interactions and case negotiations.

Hourly Rate: $31.00-36.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and  qualifications.
