Medical Office Phone Operator

Our busy OB/GYN practice is seeking a compassionate and professional Medical Office Phone Operator to join our patient-focused team.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls


• Triage and route messages to nursing and clinical staff


• Schedule OB/GYN appointments and follow-ups


• Provide accurate information while maintaining patient confidentiality


• Document messages clearly and accurately in the medical record

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Ability to remain calm, organized, and empathetic when speaking with patients


• High school diploma or equivalent required


• Medical office or OB/GYN experience preferred, but not required

Schedule & Benefits:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday


• No nights, weekends, or holidays
