Responsibilities of a Right at Home Medical Office Professional:
- Develop and maintain the client care plan, create extraordinary client experiences while communicating with clients, families, care partners and referral sources.
- Effectively schedule caregivers with clients ensuring optimal compatibility.
- Assists with the hiring process.
- Answer phones, manage referrals, schedule home assessments.
- Provide administrative support by making copies, faxing documents, acquiring orders from physicians, managing Veterans Affairs cases, etc.
- Serves as a mentor to caregivers and supports their care delivery, aiding in employee retention.
- Maintains a calm, positive demeanor ALWAYS and can effectively multitask in a highly functioning office environment.
- Ability to remain professional and kind while handling concerns or complaints.
- Maintain compliance with Joint Commission standards.
- Follows company policies and procedures but can think “outside the box” to achieve ultimate client and caregiver satisfaction.
- Willingness and ability to work with clients as needed.
- Operates as a team player to achieve the company mission always.

Requirements of a Medical Office Professional:
- AA or BA Degree in Human Services, Medical Office Professional, or related education or experience.
- Some caregiving, HHA, CNA experience.
- Ability to coordinate with the team demonstrating sound judgment while open to new ideas.
- Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours, every 4th weekend.
- Previous experience in a medical office environment with professional references.
- Excellent organization, communication, and listening skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Adobe; confident with computer and cell phone technology.
- Can enforce company policies and procedures with empathy and kindness.
