• Scheduling appointments with Tetris-level efficiency


• Verifying insurance benefits (because mysteries belong in novels, not billing)


• Checking patients in and out quickly—without making them feel rushed


• Collecting payments and processing transactions with spot-on accuracy


• Being the friendly face and voice that sets the tone for every patient visit
