 Key Responsibilities

•  Schedule and manage appointments for Workers’ Compensation and QME cases


•  Coordinate with attorneys, case managers, adjusters, and patients


•  Verify authorizations, referrals, and required documentation


•  Maintain accurate and organized patient records


•  Handle incoming calls with professionalism and empathy


•  Perform general medical office administrative duties


•  Ensure smooth daily front-office operations 

Requirements

•  Previous experience in a medical office (required)


•  Strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation and QME processes (required)


•  Excellent phone, communication, and customer service skills


•  Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure


•  Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable


•  Professional, upbeat, and team-oriented
