Duties & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive medical oncology care to patients in outpatient, inpatient, and telehealth settings
Collaborate with hematology/medical oncologists, nurse navigators, social workers, genetic counselors, and palliative care physicians
Manage treatment plans, chemotherapy, and supportive care for oncology patients
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care
Ensure continuity of care through ongoing patient follow-up and communication
