Medical Oncologist – California (Permanent Opportunity)

This role combines outpatient clinical care with access to integrated services including infusion, radiation, imaging, surgery, and clinical research.

Position Highlights

• Practice within a fully integrated oncology center with an established patient base — no need to build from scratch
  

• Collaborative support team including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical assistants, schedulers, and patient navigation services
  

• Access to clinical trials and affiliations with major academic institutions
  

• 4.5 -day clinical workweek with early finish on Friday
  

• Dedicated physician work areas and modern electronic medical record system
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $500,000+ base salary
  

• Productivity incentive: $100 per wRVU earned

Requirements

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Medical Oncology
  

• 3–5 years of experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
  

• Eligible for or able to obtain a California medical license
  

• Interest in community -based oncology practice with opportunities for academic involvement
