JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: BC required (Certified)
Licenses: Licensed in WA or Universal License (IMLC)
DEA: Yes
Experience: Experienced in Oncology
Other Qualifications: Clean file required; ability to return paperwork quickly

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide inpatient oncology care to patients
Manage chemotherapy and supportive care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans
Document in Epic EMR
