Medical Physician - Home Care & Hospice

Global Pacific Support, in partnership with one of our valued clients, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Physician to join a home care and hospice facility in Paterson, NJ. This role is ideal for a physician who brings both clinical expertise and a commitment to delivering care with dignity and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medical oversight and direct patient care in a home care and hospice setting.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver specialized wound care management (required for this position).
• Collaborate with nurses, aides, social workers, and other members of the care team.
• Support patients and families in navigating the care process with sensitivity and clarity.

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. with an active New Jersey medical license.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Proven wound care experience (certification preferred but not required).
• Previous hospice or palliative care experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient-centered care skills.
