Medical Receptionist – Physical Therapy Clinic

AID Performance Physical Therapy, LLC is looking for a Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our growing practice. This role is much more than a desk job—it’s an opportunity to contribute directly to our patients’ experience and to grow with a thriving, innovative clinic.

What You’ll Do

Front Desk & Patient Services

• Greet and check in patients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth.

• Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.

• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments across multiple therapists.

• Conduct follow-up calls with patients and physician offices.

• Maintain a welcoming reception area—cleanliness, supplies, and comfort matter!

Administrative Support

• Process mail, packages, and document distribution.

• Collect and post patient payments (co-pays, deductibles, cancellations/no-show fees).

• Maintain accurate patient files: prescriptions, care plans, scanning, and faxing.

• Track and reorder office and clinic supplies as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Education

• High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred.

Skills & Experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to multitask: phones, scheduling, and greeting clients simultaneously.

• Excellent communication, writing, and customer service skills.

• Basic accounting or QuickBooks experience is a plus (comfortable balancing payments).
