Locations: St. Anthony & Rexburg, Idaho

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive; based on experience

Grand Peaks is currently hiring two full-time Medical Receptionists to support front desk operations at both our St. Anthony and Rexburg clinics. The ideal candidates will be professional, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient service. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
   
• Schedule and confirm appointments using electronic medical records (EMR)
   
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
   
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays
   
•  Maintain accurate patient records and assist with front desk tasks
   
•  Flexibility to work at both clinic locations as needed 

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a medical office is a plus
   
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
   
• Dependable and committed to long-term employment
   
• Able to work Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays as scheduled
