Medical Receptionist | Woodbridge, VA | Weekdays Only

Fairfax Radiology Centers — the largest radiology practice in Northern Virginia — is growing again!

Our brand-new Advanced Imaging Center in Woodbridge is now open, and we’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice. Here, you’ll play a vital role in creating a positive first impression, supporting patients and families, and ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to exam.

About the Role
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• No weekends, no holidays, no call
• Free on-site parking
• Modern, patient-focused Advanced Imaging Center environment

What You’ll Do
• Greet patients and ensure a warm, welcoming experience
• Accurately register patients and create complete, compliant accounts
• Collect patient liabilities at the point of service
• Schedule and register patients for same-day procedures when needed
• Escort patients to dressing or exam rooms
• Perform appointment confirmations and screenings
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced setting

What You’ll Bring
• 1+ years’ experience in a medical office or hospital setting is preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills is required
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail
• Computer proficiency and comfort with multiple systems
