Job Description - Medical Receptionist

FULL TIME MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST NEEDED:

Busy specialty office in need of a front desk receptionist. Must be experienced and have knowledge of medical insurance. This is an extremely fast paced position with checking in over 350 patients per day.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting patients
Patient Check In
Entering patient information into the EHR
Completing general clerical tasks

Required Work Experience:

Strong preference will be given to candidates with medical office experience (minimum 3 years)
Receptionist / front office experience

Required Skills:

Must have excellent communication and personal interaction skills.
Adept with computer systems, particularly electronic medical record software.
Knowledge of medical terminology and general medical practice operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: DOE

Customer service: 3 year (Preferred)
