Our dedicated physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical professionals provide advanced interventional treatments such as radiofrequency ablation, neurostimulation, ketamine therapy, and genicular artery embolization.

The Opportunity
As the Medical Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and play an important part in shaping their care experience. • Greet, check in, and check out patients with professionalism and empathy
  • Collect co-pays and deposits, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Provide and organize new patient paperwork, insurance cards, and privacy notices
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a friendly, professional manner
  • Deliver compassionate attention and assistance to patients and families
  • Administrative Support & Record Management
  • Register patients and create or update medical charts
  • File and maintain medical documentation with confidentiality and accuracy
  • Ensure patient records follow a consistent, organized format
  • Perform general office tasks such as scheduling, filing, and maintaining supplies
  • Keep the facility clean and organized throughout the day
  • Clinical Coordination & Compliance
  • Prepare examination rooms and assist with patient flow
  • Record patient medical histories, vitals, and test results in compliance with guidelines
  • Adhere to all facility and regulatory standards, including HIPAA and OSHA
  • Complete required annual training on time
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…
  • Enjoy working directly with patients and providing exceptional service
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both in person and on the phone
  • Stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Understand the importance of confidentiality and accuracy in patient care
  • Take initiative and work independently while supporting a collaborative team
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least one year in an administrative role required
  • Previous healthcare facility experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, spelling, and office procedures
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics
What We Offer
  • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Short- & Long-Term Disability
  • Health Savings Account (HSA)
