Medical Receptionist

Do you have a background as a Medical Receptionist and a passion for delivering excellent patient service? Join our team and be the friendly face that greets our patients, manages daily front office functions, and supports our practice with professionalism and care.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Location:  This position will be split between our 2 clinics:  2201 Murphy Ave, Suite 401, Nashville, TN 37203 and  9160 Carothers Pkwy., Suite 201, Franklin, TN 37067.  Reliable transportation is a must!

What you'll be doing: 

· Answering phones and directing calls or assisting patients as is appropriate, handling and managing the continuous flow of information between the lab, onsite physician and other staff while adhering to our standards of patient care and right to privacy

· Schedule and confirm patient appointments, check-ups and physician referrals.

· Verification of Insurance Benefits as needed.

· Compile and record medical charts, reports, and correspondence.

· Performs other duties/special projects and tasks as assigned

To do this effectively, we believe you'll need:

· High School Diploma, required. 

· Two years of MEDICAL call center or receptionist experience is required. 

· Medical Office experience is highly preferred. 

· EMR experience preferred
