With a family-like culture, International Pediatrics is looking for a full-time front-desk receptionist bilingual to join us. We are looking for someone who is driven, has excellent communication skills, is detail-oriented with fantastic customer service skills, and has compassion to care for people. We would love to meet you if you are friendly, positive, and high-energy!

This position entails:

Greet patients

Manage patient scheduling efficiently

Provide excellent phone service

Check out patients and handle payments

Insurance processing

Discuss medical treatments

Help to make sure the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis

Other details:

Must have at least one year of experience in the medical field.
