Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a fantastic organization who is growing and seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join their growing team. If you have 3+ years in an office setting and experienced in receptionist duties please apply today for immediate consideration. The position will cover up to three offices.

What's needed for this role?

• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Communication Skills
• Check patients in or out at the front desk
• Keep accurate records and patient confidentiality
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to answer phones and greet customers
• Reliable transportation and ability to get to both Bloomfield, Enfield and Hartford
• Organizational skills and can multitask
