As a Medical Records Clerk, you'll play a vital role in keeping our care team informed and supported by ensuring timely and accurate medical documentation. What You’ll Do:

Maintain and organize patient medical and dental records

Scan documents into our electronic health record system (eClinicalWorks)

Process medical records requests from patients, providers, and third parties

Update preventive care alerts and notify team members of patient follow-ups

Assist with mail distribution and communication between departments

Protect patient privacy and ensure HIPAA compliance

Support clinic efforts to meet quality care goals and patient-centered care standards

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED

Detail-oriented and organized with a strong sense of confidentiality

Proficient with computers; typing speed of at least 40 WPM

Experience with electronic health records preferred (eCW a plus)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Valid driver’s license

Compensation: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
