Medical Records Clerk

Thompson Law, a nationally growing personal injury firm based in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a Medical Records Clerk to join our Phoenix office!   

The Position: 

The job will generally entail ordering and purchasing medical records and related duties. 
 

Responsibilities: 

• Filing and retrieving medical records and bill requests 

• Data entry 

• Scanning documents into electronic systems 

• Organizing paper and electronic files 

Qualifications: 

• Overall organization and attention to detail. 

• High school diploma or GED (minimum requirement) 

• Basic computer skills 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Medical Background  

• Experience with Medicare and Medicaid 

• Admin experience
