Medical Records Coordinator

Pines Nursing and Rehab is looking for a highly organized Medical Records Coordinator to support our clinical team and ensure resident records are accurate, complete, and secure. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and organize resident medical records for accuracy and compliance
Review charts for completeness, signatures, and required documentation
Prepare and finalize records for discharged residents
Process medical record requests in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
Pull charts for audits and collaborate with nursing and other departments
Follow up on missing information as needed

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional communication skills
Healthcare or medical records experience preferred
