Job Description - Medical Records Forms Clerk

Description

Process and complete all requested medical forms.

Collect payments for requested forms.

Scans all loose documents into the EMR. Prepares, scans, and preloads all patients chart for appointments

Contacts patients when forms completed

Invoices WC or Attorney's for IME's and Narratives completed by the Physician.

Ensures payment is received before releasing the report.

Answer telephone promptly, identifying name and department.

Retrieves all messages and returns all calls timely.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALITIFICATIONS:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Previous medical or other clerical experience preferred.
