Full-time


Description

  • Ensures the batching, dropping, and faxing completed exam reports, QA of reports and patient letters and makes corrections as necessary. Making sure previous exams are solved in patient’s PenRad account.
  • Ensures that all new referring physician data and changes and/or corrections are made in an accurate and timely manner to our report and billing systems.
  • Takes report calls questions from physicians, clinics, patients and re-faxes procedure reports as requested in a timely manner.
  • Performs quality assurance on abnormal patient reports, patient report letters; ensures the copying of positive films and relays information in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma / Equivalent
  • Medical terminology certificate, preferred
  • Minimum of 2-years of experience, preferred
  • Bilingual, Spanish, required
