 The Medical Records Manager oversees the daily operations of the Medical Records Department, ensuring that all patient records—both written and electronic—are accurate, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards. This position is responsible for coding integrity, staff supervision, interdepartmental collaboration, and the implementation of policies and procedures that support organizational goals. 

Coding certification from nationally accredited organization.
