Medical Sales and CSR

PRN Atlanta staffing is accepting resumes for a position in a medical call center.

RECENT EXPERIENCE IN A MEDICAL PRACTICE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

Bilingual Spanish is a big plus

Job description:

• Answer incoming calls, sell lab testing services and schedule appointments

• Become the authoritative source on lab test product knowledge

• Provide answers to customer questions, and document call details in the case management (ticket) system.

• Ensure customers are transferred to store locations effectively when appropriate.

• The hours for the position are 1:00 PM - 10 PM EST Monday - Friday with alternating Saturdays.

Requirements: Two (2) or More Years of Sales Experience, preferably with a call center background Recent experience working in a medical practice Strong Computer and Typing Skills, including Word and Excel Excellent Oral Communication Skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Must Work Well in a Team Environment Must Be Very Organized and Detailed Oriented Self-Disciplined and Strong Work Ethic Must pass background check and drug screen
