Medical Scheduling Specialist

Boston Mountain Rural Health Center is now accepting applications for a full-time Medical Scheduling Specialist at our Marshall location.

The Medical Scheduling Specialist performs various tasks, as it is the first contact via telephone with the clinic for the prospective patient. Essential duties include providing excellent customer/patient services via telephone and in person. The scheduler provides a crucial link between the patient and the care delivered by the clinical staff. The scheduler must work collaboratively with all clinical staff to support patient services. Must be detail-oriented with good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent. Medical office experience is preferred.
