Amplity Health has an immediate opportunity for a project manager to support our medical solutions business group. This is an expansion position due to growth within our division. Amplity health provides a competitive base salary, full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, PTO, 401K, and more. The Medical Project Manager is responsible for defining, managing, measuring, and reporting on deliverables throughout the life cycle of a medical project, engaging with key internal and Client stakeholders to ensure successful execution of a Statement of Work (SOW) delivered right the first time. The role includes partnering across major functional areas such as Business Development, Operations, Training, Finance, and Compliance, as well as Client partners.

Responsibilities includes but are not limited to program implementation; on-going program support; contracting; Talent Acquisition; CRM system use and data integration; reporting; financial administration; Incentive Compensation Plan structure; training; Compliance; and onboarding related activities.

Key Accountabilities:

Spearhead the development and implementation of cross-functional projects, Client engagements, and initiatives within an ever-changing business environment.
Create, manage, and maintain Project Plans & Timelines encompassing key milestones, SOP/ Business Rules, and workflows, ensuring alignment to Client and Company objectives.
Work with Internal departments to manage scope and work regarding project management and planning for all assigned programs.
Identify, manage, and facilitate discussions to address risk and opportunity with key stakeholders on assigned projects while developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and Client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
Facilitate clear communication to all relevant internal and external stakeholders and the understanding of decisions, deliverables, action items, direction, etc. through regular Status Reports and Project Meetings.
Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deliverables, as identified in the SOWs.
Track metrics for assigned projects, including status, financial estimates, risk, etc.
Provide timely updates and feedback to Client and project stakeholders.
Coordination of meetings and associated components (Client, Internal, Training, etc.).
Management & execution of project-related Operations, including data, SFA, targeting & alignment, Incentive Compensation, Aggregate Spend, Credentialing, etc.
Follow all Amplity Health policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:

Required:

BA/BS required from accredited college or university.
Minimum of 2+ years proven track record of excellent Project Management skills.
Minimum of 2+ years direct Client or Customer interaction, or relevant experience.
Broad knowledge and acumen of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry including Compliance.
Collaboration with diverse groups of professionals in a team environment.
Willingness to work in all time zones
Preferred:

Patient facing pharma experience.
Experience in MS Project or similar project management tools.
Experience with Smartsheet.
Experience implementing and/or supporting Commercial teams.
PMP Certification.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to display high levels of initiative, effort and commitment to successfully complete projects and assignments.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong rapport-building skills and active listening skills.
Strong focus on providing customers with superior support and service.
Ability to learn, understand, and communicate complex information over the telephone/ email.
Must be self-motivated and disciplined.
Outstanding organizational and planning skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Must be able to deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the company.
Demonstrated technical aptitude and working proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Demonstrated ability to set priorities and direct resources.
High capacity to learn and take on new tasks.
