What You Will Do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients upon admission and at the start of each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient condition.

• Perform medical procedures and monitoring as ordered by the healthcare provider, ensuring timely, accurate documentation in the patient’s medical record.

• Administer prescribed medications, closely monitor patient responses, and take appropriate action in the event of adverse or unintended reactions.

• Deliver exceptional patient care by responding promptly to requests, anticipating patient needs, and ensuring timely resolution of concerns.

• Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up instructions. Ensure comprehension by clearly communicating complex medical information in an understandable way.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience. (Recent experience preferred; however, applicants with extensive prior experience may be considered.)

• Certifications: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
