Medical Surgical RN – Full-Time, Night Shift
Location: Seattle, WA
Schedule: Full-Time, 36 hours/week (12-hour night shifts)

Avant Tech is seeking experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses to join a well-established acute care team in Seattle. Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in Med/Surg nursing and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and develop care plans
• Deliver direct patient care and administer medications
• Monitor, document, and report patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery
• Ensure safe, ethical, and evidence-based practices

• Active RN license (Washington)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• NRP certification (American Academy of Pediatrics)
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg RN experience
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
