Medical Team Lead

Grand Peaks Medical is seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Team Lead who is looking for long-term employment to join our team. At Grand Peaks, you’ll work alongside a supportive group of nurses, providers, and administrative professionals, caring for a diverse patient population in a family practice environment that values teamwork and compassion. Compensation is DOE and we offer excellent benefits for full-time employees including a 401(k) retirement plan.

Position Overview:
As a Medical Team Lead, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned provider, ensuring smooth clinic operations and excellent patient care. This role requires flexibility to follow your provider’s schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage patient check-in and scheduling

· Draw blood and run lab tests

· Assist with clinical procedures and provide daily support to the assigned provider

· Ensure smooth clinic operations 

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Current RN, LPN, or MA certification

· Minimum of 2 years clinical/medical experience preferred

· Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred

· CPR Certificate
