Medical Technician

No Experience Needed: Prior medical office or eyecare experience is a plus but isn't required. We are eager to train the right person with a positive attitude, a helpful spirit, and a love of learning.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and make patients feel welcome, at ease, and well cared for
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, managing appointment -requests and addressing patient concerns
- Display empathy and understanding to address patient needs and concerns of office professionals by pulling charts, updating records, and handling office opening and closing
- Maintain and order contact lens supplies
- Take notes during patient exams, organize and document procedures accurately, order tests based on the doctors' diagnosis, and code procedures correctly
- Engage in consistent cross-training for optimal career growth and development
