Position Overview
As a TMS Technician, you’ll be on the front lines of patient care—administering TMS treatments (training provided), building meaningful connections with patients, and supporting clinic operations. You’ll work closely with providers and a collaborative clinical team that values respect, integrity, and compassion.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe and effective TMS treatments in a supportive environment.
Educate prospective patients about TMS therapy.
Build positive relationships with patients, making each visit a reassuring experience.
Manage scheduling, patient follow-ups, and ensure accurate medical documentation (HIPAA compliant).
Support daily clinic operations and communicate effectively with providers and team members.
Contribute to a positive team culture by embodying NeuroStim’s core values in daily work.
What You Bring
2+ years of healthcare or patient care experience (CNA, Medical Assistant, Patient Care Tech, etc.).
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with EHR systems is a plus.
Ability to balance clinical duties with administrative tasks.
A team-player mindset with a commitment to maintaining a positive work environment.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to grow within a supportive organization.
